Georgia Tech researchers from the Autonomous and Connected Transportation Lab invite you to take part in the TranSACT Travel Study, a field experiment designed to explore how mobile technology can promote walking, and public transit use. Study participation and eligibility

Who can join?

  • Adults 18 years or older

  • Owns a smartphone (iOS or Android)

  • Lives, works, or regularly travels in the study area

  • Willing to use the TranSACT app for several weeks

What’s involved?

  • Install the TranSACT app on your phone

  • Use the app for your daily trips - walking, biking, driving, or transit

  • Enable location

  • Receive in-app messages and badges during the study
